We excel at bringing vintage and classic bikes back from the dead !
Below are some examples of the type of work we can do and quality of workmanship we can provide.

Our 1983 Factory Armstrong 250cc that was restored from a pile of bits within 2 months!
Below are some of Richard's award winning restorations, a 1962 Yamaha TD1 (The 1st Yamaha to have won a race in the UK) and a 1959 Yamaha YDS1R "Asama Racer". Both machines are extremely rare and took a great deal of research, time and specialist knowledge to achieve the final results.

An here is a 1963 YDS2 250 Sports that Richard restored back in the 90's and a YDS2M Ascot Scrambler. We have a lot of experience with early Yamaha's !

We can carry out frame welding and repairs such as replacing engine mounts and reparing cracks, as we have done on this Yamaha TZ350H. We replicated the front engine mount and welded a crack in the rear frame tube.
MIG/TIG Welding, Brazing, Bronze Welding, low temp (non-structural) Alloy welding services all available.

Below is a 1968 Bultaco TSS 125 Racing machine. It has a unique "home made special" prototype disk valve engine, that was on display at Murrays Museum in the Isle of Man for at least 20 years.
We have reconditioned the engine from a very poor condition and re-installed it into a genuine 1968 TSS 125 Bultaco chassis.
