Rave Motorsport specialise in the manufacture and supply of replica parts for classic and vintage motorcycles. Our main range of products are for the classic and post classic periods of racing motorcycles, such as the Yamaha TD & TZ, but we are more than happy to manufacture any replica parts for other makes and other periods. We have a wealth of experience with vintage road and race Yamahas from YDS1's to TZ's.
We also specialise in motorcycle clutch plates and manufacture a growing range of friction plates and clutch drive plates in a range of materials, such as our race proven lightweight Aramid composite friction plates and precision laser cut steel drive plates.
Rave Motorsport are also UK Distributors for Marvic's "Classic Range" of racing wheels. These include the popular 18" post-classic period Morris 7 spoke and Campagnolo 5 spoke magnesium wheels.
We hold the manufacturing rights to the 1980's Tandem Twin Two Stroke Armstrong Racing Motorcyles and have full support from the engines designer Barry Hart. We are manufacturing a new batch of machines for Post Classic racing as well as providing a full spares service for all old Armstrong 250 & 350cc road racers.
Plus we can also offer crank rebuilds, restorations, repairs, welding, mag wheel crack testing, preparations, modifications, helicoiling, parts fitting and many other services to do with 2 wheel restoration or race prep.
